Every tenant is an island.
Tenant scope is resolved per request and carried through every query. The application connects to the database as a least-privilege role that owns no tables, cannot assume another role and holds no superuser rights.
Sensitive fields are encrypted with field-level AES-256-GCM. Tenant-aware roles separate practice admins from platform admins. The isolation isn’t a feature, it’s the architecture.
